Discount Code Policy

1. Payment Options
We offer three convenient ways to pay for your sessions with us:
Full Payment: Pay the full course fee at the time of booking.
Payment Plan: Secure your spot with a 35% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is paid in three equal installments over the first three weeks of the course.
Clearpay: Pay in four interest free payments with this popular credit provider
2. How the Payment Plan Works
A 35% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your place.
The remaining balance is split into three equal payments.
Weekly card payment links will be sent out 24h prior to each session, and each payment must be made on the same day it is due in order to attend the next class.
Missed payments result in missed classes until your account is brought up to date.
We are able to accept contactless payments in class.
Day Classes Payment Plan:
If you're using the payment plan for a one-day class, full payment must be completed no later than 72 hours before the scheduled class time. Late payments may result in your booking being forfeited.
Clearpay:
To use clearpay, we need to send you a separate invoice with a payment link. Either fill out the form HERE or email us at charmingosews@yahoo.com to complete your booking using this option.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
We do not allow cancellations, but we do offer flexibility 
Rescheduling: You may transfer your booking to another date or class, subject to availability. Allowed up to 5 days in advance of the class or course start.
Booking Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another person up to 24 hours before the class start time. Inform us of the new attendee’s name and contact details. You can update this online, click the link in your confirmation email.

All transactions are processed in GBP, unless specified otherwise
At Charmingo Sews Academy, we occasionally offer discount codes to give our community a little extra love! Here’s how they work:
  1. One Code per booking, per person: Only one discount code may be applied per transaction.
  2. Apply at Checkout: Codes must be entered at the time of booking. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively.
  3. Expiry Dates: All discount codes are valid for a limited time. Expired codes cannot be reactivated or extended.
  4. Exclusions: Discounts cannot be used on already discounted items or in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  5. Non-Transferable: Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  6. Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel any booking where a code is used fraudulently or in violation of this policy. Deposits may be forfeited
