Welcome to Charmingo Sews Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our classes. By accessing our site or booking a class, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us
Charmingo Sews Academy provides in-person sewing and craft classes both private and public and venue usage. Our website allows users to view class details and make bookings for upcoming sessions.

2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, any part of this site with or without notice.

3. Booking & Payments
Bookings can be made directly through our website. Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your place.
Payment plans are available for select classes. Please see our Payment Policy for details.
All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Transfers
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or part use of session(s).
Rescheduling is permitted up to [5] days before the class.
You may transfer your booking to another person up to [48} hours before the session.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

5. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be used at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Only one code may be used per transaction. See our Discount Code Policy for full details.

6. Conduct During Classes
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
Attendees must enter and exit the building quietly and responsibly.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may miss important instruction.
Please report non attendance, we will do our best to help find a solution.
If non attendance is not reported to us and you fail to show up for your class, no alternative option will be offered.

7. Health & Safety
All attendees must follow safety guidelines provided during classes.
Charmingo Sews Academy is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions or careless use of equipment.

8. Intellectual Property
All class materials, designs, patterns, and content shared during our sessions are the property of Charmingo Sews Academy and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
